LINCOLN, Neb.—South Dakota fourth-year junior
Erin Kinney captured the women's 60 meters at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational to highlight Saturday's results from the Devaney Center.
A day after posting the top preliminary time in the women's 60 meters, Kinney followed it up by winning the 60-meter final in 7.36 seconds. Kinney finished ahead of a field of athletes from the Big 12's Baylor, the Big Ten's Nebraska, the Pac 12's Utah and Washington, as well as post-collegiates. She owns the Summit-leading time of 7.33 seconds from two weeks ago.
Junior
Danii Anglin cleared a season best of 5-11 ½ to finish runner-up in the women's high jump field. The height leads the Summit League this season and ties for 20th nationally.
The women's 4x400-meter relay finished runner-up to the Big 12's Baylor on Saturday afternoon. Fourth-year junior

Abrielle Jirele finished third in the mile in 4:55.94, less than a second off her season best from two weeks back.

Ella Byers posted a personal best time of 2:11.95 for fifth place in the 800 meters. She moves up one spot to ninth on the Coyote Top 10 with the mark. Freshman
Madison Brouwer was right on her heels, clocking 2:12.92 for sixth place.
South Dakota's distance crew will be headed to the Husky Classic in Washington next weekend, the same meet where Jirele set school records in the mile and 3,000 meters one year ago.
In the elite section of the women's pole vault at Frank Sevigne, junior
Marleen Mülla was the third collegian and fifth overall. She vaulted past 14 feet for the second-straight week, posting a mark of 14-0 (4.27m). Fourth-year junior
Cassidy Mooneyhan was eighth overall in 13-6 ¼ (4.12m). Coyote alumna Emily Grove '17 finished runner-up in the competition with a clearance of 14-8 (4.47m).

Averi Schmeichel finished sixth in the women's 60-meter hurdle final with a time of 8.52 seconds.
Fifth-year senior
Dylan Kautz took seventh in the men's 60 meter final by clocking 6.86 seconds.
Junior
Ken-Mark Minkovski was seventh in the men's 200 meters with a time of 21.82 seconds. He leads the Summit in the event.
The Coyotes will have a split squad next weekend, Feb. 9-10, between three meets. South Dakota will send athletes to Washington's Husky Classic in Seattle, Washington, Arkansas' Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and South Dakota State's Classic in Brookings, South Dakota.
