VERMILLION, S.D.—The University of South Dakota athletic department and the Howling Pack will host the 2024 Calling All Coyotes – A Red Tie Event on Friday, April 19 beginning at 6 p.m. at the Sioux Falls Convention Center. The organizations are thrilled to highlight another successful year of athletic competition. Guest experiences will include the #GoYotes Photo Lounge where they can snap pictures to commemorate the evening, cocktails during the Howling Hour and the opportunity to mingle with other Coyotes. Other activities include a hoop shooting game, a Charlie Coyote photo opportunity, and a custom USD golf cart raffle.
 
Jay Elsen and John Thayer are back to emcee this year's event which features remarks from USD Director of Athletics Jon Schemmel and Senior Associate Athletic Director and Chief Revenue Officer Ben LeCompte. Dinner, the live program and live auction will begin at 7:15 p.m.
 
Online Silent Auction
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the Howling Pack's largest annual fundraiser even if you are unable to join us in Sioux Falls. Packages are available for online bidding starting today, by clicking here. The silent auction will close on April 19 at 9 p.m. CDT.
 
Packages for the online silent auction include a custom Coyote stand-up freezer, a La-Z-Boy recliner, electric bikes, custom Coyote Yeti coolers, spa packages, hunting and cabin packages, and so much more.
 
Live Auction on April 19
The live auction includes 15 items and packages that will be up for bidding on April 19 during the red tie event. Packages include a trip to the Masters Golf Tournament, a California Lake Tahoe getaway, Whimsical Way: an Orlando, Florida home, and a selection of other enticing sport packages.
