South Dakota is coming off its second-straight weekend competing at home, winning 21 events at the South Dakota Challenge with the women's 4x100-meter relay breaking both the school record and the Lillibridge Track Complex record by clocking 44.39 seconds. Senior
Erin Kinney garnered the Summit League Peak Performer of the Week award.

Meanwhile, the Coyote men had athletes surpass 7 feet in the high jump, 25 feet in the long jump and 50 feet in the triple jump for the first time in a single weekend. Junior
Joe Lynch cleared a personal best 7-0 ½ (2.15m) to win the high jump. Sophomore
Bennett Schwenn won the long jump in 25-1 ¼ (7.65m), just a half-inch shy of his personal record set the week prior. Freshman
Carsen Staehr leaped a personal best 50-6 ¾ (15.41m) to win the men's triple jump.
