VERMILLION, S.D.—South Dakota associate athletic director for fan engagement Jarren Duffy is pleased to announce the addition of Bailey Zubke and Parker Netten to the Coyotes' external staff. Zubke has been hired as an assistant director of communications and Netten has been hired as the assistant director of ticketing.
"We are excited to bring Bailey and Parker on board," said Duffy. "Both are graduates of the University of South Dakota and will play key roles to the success of our external team."
Zubke comes to South Dakota from Morningside University. He's spent the past two seasons in a similar role as a communication and athletic information specialist for the Mustangs. He also worked in game day operations for the Sioux City Explorers, helping with both statistics and broadcast operations. Prior to Morningside, Zubke spent time as a sports editor and writer at both the Sioux City Journal and the Yankton Press & Dakotan. He reported on area high school athletics as well as covering regional college athletic programs, including the Coyotes.
A native of Watertown, South Dakota, Zubke graduated from the University of South Dakota in May of 2022 with a bachelor of arts in sport marketing and media. Throughout his undergraduate career, he served as the USD Cross Media Council President working with the leaders of The Volante, Coyote News and KAOR Radio.
Netten graduated from the University of South Dakota in May of 2024 with a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology and sport management. A native of Little Rock, Iowa, Netten worked in the USD Wellness Center as a recreational sports intern during his time as a student.
