VERMILLION, S.D. – The South Dakota Men's Golf team will send seven golfers to compete in a three round three-day meet, at the Grier Jones Shocker Invitational in Wichita, Kansas. The first round will begin Sunday at 9:30 a.m. with the Coyotes' first tee time being 10:20 a.m.

Holtz led wire-to-wire, carding rounds of 68-70-70 to finish at 5-under-par (208) and secure the tournament title. He was the only player in the field to shoot under par in all three rounds.
The Coyotes posted team scores of 291-285-280 to finish at 4-over-par (856), surging into second place with a 4-under final round, the lowest team scores of the tournament.
Shoma Taguchi added a top-5 finish of his own, placing T-4 with rounds of 71-72-68 (-2). Parker Etzel, Cole Witherow, and Joe Rohlwing also contributed solid rounds to the Coyotes team total.
