BROOKINGS, S.D. – Coming off a home victory over Kansas City Wednesday night, South Dakota women's basketball hits the road for the first of three straight away from the Sanford Coyote Sports Center Saturday afternoon when they take on South Dakota State in an Interstate Series showdown from First Bank & Trust Arena in Brookings.

HOW TO FOLLOW ALONG
South Dakota and South Dakota State are scheduled for a 2 p.m. tip in Brookings. The game will be broadcast on Midco Sports and stream on the Summit League Network powered by Midco Sports Plus. Jerry Palleschi, the voice of South Dakota women's basketball, will have the call on the Coyote Sports Network on KVHT 106.3 FM and on the Varsity Network App.

• The Coyotes and Jackrabbits are set for a rematch of a 77-59 Jackrabbit victory on January 25 in Vermillion.
• South Dakota State had four players score in double figures in the win, led by Haleigh Timmer and Brooklyn Meyer with 15 points each.

Grace Larkins (27 points, 8 assists, 7 rebounds) and
Carley Duffney (17 points) paced the Coyote attack.
• The Jacks had a 17-point advantage after one quarter and won the third quarter by 10, putting the Yotes in a deficit they couldn't overcome.

• It's been three weeks since South Dakota and South Dakota State met on the hardwood, and while the Yotes are 2-3 since, the Jacks have continued their conference winning streak.
• South Dakota State has earned wins over North Dakota State (twice), Omaha, North Dakota, and Oral Roberts over the last three weeks.
• The Jacks have won in multiple ways over the last couple weeks, winning defensive battles with NDSU and North Dakota, while scoring 89 and 93 against Oral Roberts and Omaha in higher scoring games.
• In Wednesday's win at NDSU, three Jacks scored in double figures, led by Paige Meyer's 15 points and nine assists.

• The Coyotes picked up a pivotal 63-56 win over Kansas City Wednesday night in Vermillion.

Grace Larkins (Sr., Altoona, Iowa) has found success on the court this season, and that success is translating into both conference and national honors.
• Larkins was named to the Becky Hammon Mid-Major Player of the Year Semifinalist list.
• Larkins earned her fifth Summit League Peak Performer of the Week honor of the season this week after averaging 30 points and 9.5 rebounds.
• She has won four of the six weekly honors during conference play.
• Larkins was named the Summit League Peak Performer of the Month for January. She averaged a 26.8-point, 10.6-rebound double-double for the month.
• Larkins was named to the Ann Drysdale Meyers National Player of the Year Watch List and to the Women's College All-Star Game Watch List.
