PREVIEW: Coyotes open outdoor season in Texas

VERMILLION, S.D. – The first weekend of outdoor season for the South Dakota Track & Field program is set to get started Thursday, as the Coyotes compete at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays and the Bobcat Invitational in Austin and San Marcos, Texas this weekend.
 
ABOUT THE MEETS
The Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays run Wednesday, March 26, through Saturday, March 29 in Austin. The Coyotes don't start their weekend until Thursday. Live stats are available online and live streams will be available on the SEC Network+ Friday and Saturday.
 
The Bobcat Invitational is scheduled for Thursday through Saturday in San Marcos. Live stats are available online.
 
LAST TIME OUT
The last time a Coyote competed was at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Eerik Haamer placed ninth to earn second team all-America honors in the pole vault competition.
 
SUMMIT LEAGUE PEAK PERFORMERS
While the Coyotes haven't competed during the outdoor season yet, they earned 10 indoor Kwik Star Summit League Peak Performer of the week honors this year. The full list of Coyote honorees this season by week:
