Mülla earns second Peak Performer honor of season

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – South Dakota track and field pole vault senior Marleen Mülla has continued to shine in her senior season with the Coyotes, earning her second Women's Field Kwik Star Peak Performer honor from the Summit League in three weeks.
 
Mülla jumped to indoor heights only she has seen in a USD uniform Friday at the Dr. Rich McGuire Invite at Missouri. She cleared 14-11 (4.55m) to win the event. That height tied her school record indoor she set in 2023 and is the top clearance in the Summit League and third in the NCAA.

She earned the conference weekly for a second time this season and a 13th time in her career. It's her eighth indoor honor in her career, tying her for second in conference history for indoor honors.
