VERMILLION, S.D. — The South Dakota women's tennis team travels to Omaha on Wednesday for a nonconference matchup against Creighton. First serve is scheduled for 12:30 p.m.

Where: Omaha, Nebraska 
 

The Coyotes return to the road following a two-match homestand that concluded with a 5-2 victory over Kansas City on Sunday. Wednesday's contest marks South Dakota's final nonconference matchup of the season before turning its full attention to Summit League play. 

Creighton enters the match with a 12-4 overall record and is currently riding a two-match winning streak. The Bluejays have been strong throughout the spring and will look to continue that momentum on their home courts. 
 

PLAYERS TO WATCH 

Selena Bird is coming off an impressive week in singles play. The senior posted a 2-0 record and did not drop a set, finishing the week 4-0 in sets while picking up victories at the No. 1 and No. 2 positions for the Coyotes.
