VERMILLION, S.D.— South Dakota men's golf has announced its 2026 Fall schedule, featuring five tournaments across Iowa, Kansas, Wisconsin and Illinois during the fall portion of the season. 

The Coyotes open the season Sept. 8-9 at the ANF Fall Classic at Blue Top Ridge Golf Course in Riverside, Iowa. South Dakota will then travel to Manhattan, Kansas, for the Wildcat Invitational Sept. 14-15 at Colbert Hills Golf Course. 

The Coyotes continue their fall slate Sept. 27-29 at the Badger Invite in Madison, Wisconsin, competing at the Ridge Golf Course. South Dakota returns to Illinois Oct. 5-6 for the Kemper Lakes Intercollegiate at Kemper Lakes Golf Club in Kildeer. 

South Dakota closes the fall portion of its schedule Oct. 19-20 at the Zach Johnson Invite at Glen Oaks Golf Club in Des Moines, Iowa. 

Parker Etzel returns after one of the strongest individual performances in the league championship, tying for second at 209 (-4) and earning a spot on the All-Tournament Team. Etzel finished in a four-way tie for medalist honors before advancing to a four-player playoff for the individual championship. The Coyotes also return key contributors from last season, including Joe Rohlwing, Cole Witherow and Jack Holtz 

Rohlwing earned Second Team All-Summit League honors following the 2025-26 season, while Etzel was named to the Summit League Championship All-Tournament Team. 

South Dakota will compete in five tournaments during the fall season before returning to action in the spring. The remainder of the 2026-27 schedule will be announced at a later date.
