One of 30 Coyotes who competed in all 12 games and earned 10 starts along the defensive line … totaled 36 tackles including 4.0 sacks and 10.0 tackles-for-loss … finished third on the team in TFLs and fourth in sacks … also forced a fumble on Northern Iowa’s opening possession of the game that led to a Coyote touchdown (10/19), and blocked an extra point that proved crucial in USD’s 14-6 win at Northern Colorado (9/21) … was credited with four quarterback hurries … totaled nine tackles including two for loss in the team’s win against Indiana St (10/5) … signed a free agent contract with the Indianapolis Colts on April 27, 2020

Started and played in the first seven games of the season … was the Coyotes’ ninth-leading tackler in that time, totaling 22 stops with a sack and 7.5 tackles-for-loss … had four tackles including a sack, a forced fumble and two other tackles-for-loss against UNI (10/13) … had a season-high five tackles in a win at Southern Illinois in the conference opener (9/29) … recovered a fumble in the opening quarter of the season opener at Kansas State and had three tackles against the Wildcats (9/1)

2017
One of 33 players who played in all 13 games … started 11 games at defensive end … finished 10^th on the team in tackles with 40 (20 solo) … had 1.5 tackles-for-loss and was credited with four quarterback hurries … recovered a fumble in the season opener at Drake (9/2) … totaled a season-high five tackles at UNI (11/4) and against No. 5 South Dakota State (11/18)

2016
One of five true freshmen to compete for the Coyotes and one of 27 players who competed in all 11 games … finished 16^th on the team in tackles with 23 including 11 solo stops, 2.0 sacks and 3.0 tackles-for-loss … was also credited with two quarterback hurries … had a season-high five tackles, including his first collegiate sack, against national runner-up Youngstown State (10/1) … had two tackles on special teams … got a key sack late in the game to help preserve the win against Illinois State (10/22)

Cline’s career stats at Patrick Henry include 105 tackles, 11 sacks, four forced fumbles, three blocked field goals, one blocked punt and one interception ... was named first-team all-league defense for the City League and was selected to the San Diego Friday Night League all-star game ... also played tight end where he caught 21 passes for 300 yards and four touchdowns ... played basketball for the Patriots as well
