AMES, Iowa - Jen Feely of the South Dakota women's track and field team finished third in the 5000-meter run at the Iowa State Open.

Other Coyotes' women's team results included: Tonya Kneifl, 9th, long jump (17'07), Brianne Vette, 12th, long jump (17'06), Mandi Muller, 7th, weight throw (50'02) and Leslie Ragland, 10th, weight throw (44'00).

The results for the men's team included: men's distance medley relay, 14th, 10:39.67, Chris Slatt, 8th, long jump (22'11.25), Chad Rohde, 9th, long jump (22'07.25).
