Angela Palma and freshman Kim Bogatz of The South Dakota Women's Softball Team were selected to the 21-member All-North Central Conference Team, announced Friday morning by the league office.
Bogatz of Omaha, Neb., had a standout season for the Coyotes, hitting .333 with one home run and 16 RBI.
Palma of Omaha, Neb., was named as a utility player. Palma had a 13-22 record with a 2.08 ERA and a school record 198 strikeouts. She also hit .259 with five home runs and 22 RBI. It is the second straight season that Palma has been named All-NCC.
Lindsey Graham of NDSU was named the league's Most Outstanding Player and Cheris Kuster of Nebraska-Omaha was Freshman of the Year. Jeanne Tostenson of Nebraska-Omaha received Coach of the Year honors.
