The USD women finished with 668.5 points, while the USD men finished with 629. Wisconsin-Milwaukee swept the women's and men's divisions.

Elizabeth Hoffman (So., Eureka, S.D.) continued her impressive season for the Coyote women with three more wins.

Hoffman won the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:07.88, winning the race by nearly five seconds. Hoffman also won the 400 IM at 4:40.88 and won the 100 freestyle at 52.74.

Sallie Collins (Jr., Hastings, Minn.) was second in the 200 butterfly at 2:16.30, with teammate Meredith Howell (Sr., Lenexa, Kan.) third at 2:17.46.

Shannon Moceri (So., South Lyon, Mich.) was third in the 100 breaststroke at 1:09.07, while Kayla Smith (So., Woodbury, Minn.) was fifth at 1:10.62. Moceri was fourth in the 200 breaststroke at 2:31.61.

Hannah Roetzel (Jr., Newcastle, Wyo.) was third in the 3-meter diving with a score of 240.10, while Jessica Jackson (Fr., Waukesha, Wis.) was third in the 1-meter diving at 199.35.

Megan Finnie (Sr., Port Orchard, Wash.) was sixth in the 1,650 freestyle at 18:42.42, while Jackie Kahnke Fr., Shakopee, Minn.) was seventh at 18:47.17.

Collins was seventh in the 200 IM at 2:16.68, while Kaitlyn Jefferson (Fr., Westland, Mich.) was seventh in the 200 freestyle at 2:01.03. Katie Hines (Fr., West Des Moines, Iowa) was seventh in the 200 backstroke at 2:17.90.

Emily Connelly (Sr., Lincoln, Neb.) was eighth in the 100 backstroke at 1:04.59.

USD's 400 freestyle relay was second at 3:40.24. Hoffman, Jefferson, Kahnke and Rita Buschbacher (Jr., Brighton, Mich.) teamed up for that strong finish.

The Coyotes placed fourth in the 800 freestyle relay at 8:13.74, with Hoffman, Buschbacher, Jefferson and Danielle Bolin (Sr., Norfolk, Neb.) swimming in that race.

USD's 200 freestyle relay was sixth at 1:42.07.

The USD men were led by Thad Stoddard (So., Douglas, Wyo.), who won the 100 backstroke at 51.99.

Terry Rolfe (So., Newcastle, Wyo.) placed fourth in the 200 backstroke at 1:58.42 and was fifth in the 200 IM at 2:01.25. Nick Challgren (Fr., Cedar Falls, Iowa) was fifth in the 1,650 with a finishing time of 17:51.55.

Ray Wieser (Jr., Vacaville, Calif.) was fifth in the 100 butterfly at 54.17, with Sinjin Wilkerson (Fr., Hastings, Minn.) sixth at 54.19. Wieser was also seventh in the 200 butterfly and eighth in the 100 breaststroke at 1:03.97.

Bridger Miller (Jr., Upton, Wyo.) was eighth in the 200 breaststroke at 2:22.58.

Stoddard was ninth in the 50 freestyle at 22.21. USD's 200 medley relay was third at 1:39.46. That consisted of Stoddard, Miller, Jody Lutz (Sr., Ardmore, Okla.) and Dane VanArkel (So., Colorado Springs, Colo.).

USD's 200 freestyle relay was fourth at 1:27.90, its 800 freestyle relay fourth at 7:27.91 and its 400 medley relay was fifth at 3:37.19.

The next action for the Coyote men's team is set for Nov. 20-21 at Minnesota State, Mankato. The diving begins Friday night with the swimming meet being held Saturday in Mankato, Minn.

Both teams will be in action Dec. 4-5 at the Falcon Invitational.
