INDIANAPOLIS — South Dakota junior diver Greysen Hertting made history by winning her third straight one-meter diving championship to lead the Coyote swimming and diving teams on day two of the Summit League Championships at the IUPUI Natatorium.

Hertting scored 293.35 points in the one-meter dive. She is just the third female diver to win the event three times and the first to do so in consecutive seasons.

In the first two days of the Summit League Championships, the Coyotes set four school records. The men currently sit in fifth place with 122 points. The women are fourth with 159 points.

On Wednesday, freshmen Hunter Padgett, Chris Pospisil, senior Ean Kiddoo and junior Adam Fenton set a school record in the 800-yard freestyle with a time of 6:46.12. Both men's and women's teams set school records in the 200-yard medley relays.
