2016 NCAA West Prelims Revised Schedule

LAWRENCE, Kan.—Due to inclement weather, the events scheduled for the first day of the NCAA West Preliminaries at Rock Chalk Park have been postponed.

Running events have been changed from preliminaries to quarterfinals. In the events 800 meters and shorter, along with hurdles, the heat winner and the next six fastest times advance to Eugene. In the 1,500 meters, the top two from each heat plus the next four fastest times advance.
 
All other running events and the field events advance as printed on the original heat sheets.
 
Both the pole vault and the high jump will be contested indoors at Anschutz Sports Pavilion.
 
The University of Kansas will have a free live stream of all running events both days. The stream begins at 8 a.m. tomorrow. The stream can be found at KUAthletics.com/watch.
