VERMILLION, S.D. – The second day of the Sioux City Relays have been cancelled due to the weather, with the exception of the men's and women's pole vault. That event will take place inside the DakotaDome in Vermillion, South Dakota, beginning at 12:30 p.m.
 
The women are slated to begin at 12:30 with the men's pole vault estimated to begin at 2 p.m.
