SIOUX FALLS – South Dakota junior Haley Pederson is the Summit League female diver of the week, the league announced on Tuesday.
 
Pederson, a West Fargo, North Dakota, native, earned a NCAA Zone Qualifying mark on the one-meter board during a dual with Iowa State with her runner-up point total of 270.65. The point mark was a career best and moved her into fifth on the school's top 10 chart.
 
Pederson, earning her fourth diver of the week honor this season and fifth career, also posted a second-place finish on Friday against Iowa State on the three-meter board with a 255.70 point total.
 
She placed second on the three-meter and fifth on the one-meter in a dual with Northern Iowa on Saturday.
