VERMILLION, S.D.—South Dakota track and field has added a trio of indoor meets to its February portion of the schedule. The slate prepares the Coyote squad for the Summit League Championships held Feb. 27-28 in Brookings, South Dakota.
Kicking off the month is the two-day Bison Open in Fargo, North Dakota, on Feb. 5-6. This will mark the first time the Coyotes will compete at NDSU's Shelly Ellig Indoor Facility for a regular season meet.
The Coyotes head south to Topeka, Kansas, for the Division 1 Challenge on Friday, Feb. 12. The meet will be held at the Washburn Indoor Athletic Facility.
USD returns to Brookings for the SDSU Tune-Up held on Saturday, Feb. 20. It will serve as the final regular season meet ahead of the Summit League Championships, also to be held at the Sanford Jackrabbit Athletic Complex in Brookings.
The Coyotes host the Dakota Realty Invitational this Saturday at Hillenbrand Track inside the DakotaDome to wrap up the home portion of the indoor season.
