VERMILLION – South Dakota men's and women's swimming and diving head coach Jason Mahowald is pleased to announce an updated spring schedule for the 2020-21 season.
 
The Coyotes will participate in a total of 16 meets (seven men, nine women) as the season has been extended due to the move of the Summit League Championships from mid-February to mid-April.
 
The 2021 schedule begins on Jan. 15, with a home dual inside the DakotaDome against Iowa Central Community College. The Coyote women will host St. Cloud State on Jan. 16 while the men will travel to St. Cloud State on Jan. 23.
 
The Coyotes will host a pair of meets in Sioux Falls inside the Midco Aquatic Center as the Quad Duals are slated for Jan. 29-30 and the Coyote Invite will be held March 26-27.
 
South Dakota and South Dakota State will compete in duals in Vermillion on Feb. 13 and in Brookings on March 13. The Coyote women's team will dual Omaha in Vermillion on Feb. 6 and in Omaha on March 5.
 
The Summit League Championships, still slated to be held at the Hulbert Aquatic Center in Fargo, North Dakota, is now scheduled for April 15-17.
