VERMILLION, S.D.—South Dakota director of track and field
Lucky Huber is pleased to announce the addition of
Danii Anglin,
Moe Bridgen and
Anna Robinson to the Coyote track and field program.
Both Bridgen and Robinson are coming off the 2021 World Junior Championships held Aug. 18-22 in Nairobi, Kenya.
Danii Anglin | Jumps | John's Hall, Jamaica | Herbert Morrison Technical HS
Danii Anglin finished the 2020 season ranked No. 29 on the World Athletics' Under-20 list for the high jump. She cleared a personal best of 5-10 ¾ (1.80m) in February of 2020 at the Camperdown Classic. She also won the under-20 section at Jamaica's CARIFTA Trials. Anglin plans to major in psychology at South Dakota.

Moe Bridgen was a finalist in the 400-meter hurdles at the 2021 World Junior Championships this past week. She clocked a time of 58.64 seconds for seventh place in the finals. She was the silver medalist in the event at the Jamaican National Junior Championships. She won gold in the 400-meter hurdles at the Central Championships and was the second-place finisher at the ISSA Boys and Girls Championships this year. Bridgen plans to study criminal justice at South Dakota.
Anna Robinson | Sprints | May Pen, Jamaica | Vere Technical HS
Anna Robinson led off Jamaica's silver medalist 4x400-meter relay at the 2021 World Junior Championships this past week. She also qualified for the World Junior Championships in the open 400 meters, clocking a time of 56.56 seconds at the meet. She won the 400 meters and placed third in the 200 meters at the Jamaican National Junior Championships. Robinson took first in the 400 meters at the Central Championships and was the bronze medalist in the same event at the ISSA Boys and Girls Championships this year. Robinson plans to major in kinesiology and sport management at South Dakota.
