WICHITA, Kan. – South Dakota dropped a pair of matches on Saturday on the final day of the Shocker Volleyball Classic inside Charles Koch Arena.
Creighton, ranked 17
th in the NCAA/AVCA Coaches Poll, swept the Coyotes 25-17, 25-14, 25-18. Wyoming also handed South Dakota a four-set setback 22-25, 25-23, 25-21, 25-19.

Lolo Weideman had a strong weekend and became the 17
th in school history to reach 1,000 career digs. In three matches, she posted 70 digs or 5.83 per set and had career-high's in two of the three weekend matches.
CREIGHTON 3, SOUTH DAKOTA 0
The Bluejays hit .303 and limited the Coyotes to .084 in improving to 11-1 on the season.
Elizabeth Juhnke had 10 kills,
Madison Harms five and
Sami Slaughter four in the team's third meeting in the last two seasons.
Weideman had a three-set career-high 19 digs while senior setter
Madison Jurgens had 22 assists.
WYOMING 3, SOUTH DAKOTA 1
Wyoming rallied after dropping the first set in a match that included 30 ties and 16 lead changes.
South Dakota turned a 17-17 deadlock in the first set into a 25-22 set one victory.
Maddie Wiedenfeld had five of her nine kills in the match in the opening set.
The second set had seven lead changes and 14 ties, the last coming at 17-17 before Wyoming went on a 5-0 burst to secure the lead and eventually hold on for the set two victory.
Wyoming produced 21 kills out of its 25 points in taking set three and led from start to finish in closing out the match with a set four victory.
Juhnke paced the Coyotes with 13 kills and added 12 digs,
Aimee Adams had eight kills while Slaughter and Harms provided six apiece.
Jurgens had 38 assists and 13 digs while Weideman added 21 digs.
Brooklyn Schram had three of the Coyotes six service aces.
South Dakota (3-6) returns to the Sanford Coyote Sports Center on Friday for the first of two matches in the South Dakota Showdown Series against rival South Dakota State.
