GOODYEAR, Ariz. – The South Dakota men's golf team moved up one spot in the team standings after day two at the Loyola Intercollegiate tournament. The Coyotes shot 3-over par as a team today for a 291 overall score and head into the final day tied for 7th place.

USD was led by
Hunter Rebrovich who recorded his lowest round in a Coyote uniform Monday. Rebrovich carded eight birdies in his second round for a 3-under par 69. Of those eight birdies, he sank four straight birdies in his last five holes to wrap up his second day. The junior from Alexandria, Minnesota, has compiled a 4-under par score and heads into Tuesday tied for 7th place individually.

Max Schmidtke had a solid outing in round two with a 2-under par 70. Schmidtke recorded three birdies on the day and parred 14 holes. He is tied for 11th place individually with a 3-under par total score after two rounds completed.

Ryan Neff finished his day at 4-over par with a 76 in round two. Neff birdied the 7th hole and sits in a tie for 57th place individually.
Logan Hamak also recorded a 4-over par 76 in his second round. Hamak scored two birdies in the second round including his last hole of the day to place himself in a tie for 61st place.
Nick LaMotte was the third Coyote with a 76 today. LaMotte recorded a birdie on hole 2 and is in a tie for 68th place after two days.

Ian Johnston finished his second round with a 5-over par 77. Johnston scored birdies on holes 1 and 7 and placed himself in a tie for 68th place heading into the final round.

The Coyotes will wrap up the Loyola Intercollegiate tournament Tuesday morning. The third and final round of action will begin at 8:45 a.m. CT with another shotgun start at Palm Valley Golf Course.
