The Coyotes take a trip to the east coast for the 46
th Annual Pat Bradley Invitational in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, this weekend. The three-day, three-round event begins Saturday with tee times starting at 8 a.m. EST.
The tournament will be held on the Cypress Links golf course at Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club. The par 72 course is over 6,000 yards in length and holds a 69.9 rating with a 128 slope.
The field consists of 12 teams, mostly from the east coast. South Dakota will be the only team representing the Summit League. The host Florida International University, which placed second in this event in 2021, and Western Kentucky University are out of Conference USA. Other notable teams are Cincinnati (Big 12) and Miami (ACC).
South Dakota will send five women to Lakewood Ranch including
Emma Henningsson, who shot a career-best round of 69 (-3) to place fifth at the Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational last week. This was Henningsson's first collegiate top-5 finish.
Freshmen
Ella Greenberg and Ava Schroder will also be joining the Coyotes. Greenberg holds a 75.2 stroke average across 11 rounds this fall. She has logged two top-five finishes this season.
Rounding out the team are sophomores
Catie Nekola and Alex Wingnean. Nekola holds a 74.8 stroke average across 11 rounds and has played two rounds under par this season.
The Pat Bradley Invitational will be the final fall invitational of the season for the Coyotes.
