VERMILLION, S.D.—Learfield's Coyote Sports Properties General Manager Travis Lee is pleased to announce the addition of Megan Hettenhausen to his staff. Hettenhausen will serve as the Coordinator – Partnership services for Coyote Sports Properties.
Hettenhausen replaces Gordon Philipp, who has been promoted to Manager – Business Development within the Coyote Sports Properties team.
Hettenhausen comes to Vermillion after spending the past year as an event coordinator for BDGlobal Sports out of Lexington, Kentucky. She worked on a variety of events with BDGlobal, including the Great Exuma Classic and Great Abaco Classic golf tournaments, the Baha Mar Hoops basketball tournament in the Bahamas and the Big West Conference Basketball Championships.
While completing her master's degree at Valdosta State (Georgia), Hettenhausen worked as an athletic administration graduate assistant, coordinating facility setup and gameday operations for the athletic department's 12 NCAA sports.
Hettenhausen received her bachelor's degree from Illinois College in 2021 with a double major in communication & rhetorical studies and business administration. She went on to earn her MBA from Valdosta State.
