02.03.2025

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — For the fourth time this season, Grace Larkins has picked up the Kwik Star Summit League Women's Basketball Peak Performer of the Week award, announced by the conference office Monday.

Larkins averaged 26 points, 10 rebounds, and five-and-a-half assists over a pair of game last week. Against North Dakota Saturday, Larkins picked up her 11th double-double of the season with 39 points and 12 rebounds in a 76-66 win. She is up to 25 career double-doubles in her career. She also scored 13 points against Kansas City Thursday.

Her 39 points is the second most in her career for a single game. She has nine 30-point games, the second most of any Coyote. She has led the Coyotes in scoring in 20 of their 23 games this season and has scored over 20 points in 15 of those games.

She passed 1,900 career points in the win Saturday afternoon, moving into third in USD history for scoring. She is also now eighth in steals after snatching five on Saturday, and is now fourth in free throws made after converting 12-of-14 against North Dakota.

Larkins, who is Becky Hammon Mid-Major Player of the Year midseason watchlist, is over 1,900 career points and 800 career rebounds. She is one of two Coyotes in school history to reach both of those milestones, with the other being Mandy Koupal, the school's all-time leading scorer and rebounder.

Larkins and the Coyotes are at home Thursday against Oral Roberts at 7 p.m.
