VERMILLION, S.D. – In the first regular season College Triathlon Coaches Association rankings, the Coyotes rank seventh out of Division I teams following their first two races of the season.
 
USD sits seventh in Division I and ninth overall with a score of 473.79. Individually, Chelsea Webber ranks 10^th with her 99.97 score from the Deserts Edge race. Alexa Magallon is 18^th in the individual rankings with a score of 98.69.
 
The Yotes are on an extended break from competition, as their next race is scheduled for Oct. 26 at the West Regional Championship.
