Served as the backup quarterback throughout the season … earned time in five games and extended time in a home game against Illinois State when starter Carson Camp was injured … completed 11-of-24 passes against the Redbirds for 124 yards … threw a 7-yard touchdown pass to tight end Brett Samson in that game for his first collegiate touchdown toss … ran 17 times for 68 yards on the year … completed 13-of-27 passes for 146 yards … made his collegiate debut at home in week two in a win against Northern Arizona (9/11) … ran in from two yards out for his first collegiate touchdown in week three in a road win at Cal Poly (9/18) … MVFC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award winner … MVFC honor roll member

Three-year starter at Mounds View who passed for 4,036 yards and 35 touchdowns … finished with the third-most touchdown tosses and second-most passing yards in Mustang history … passed for a record 2,135 yards as a senior … team was 3-6 in 2017, 6-4 in 2018 and 8-3 during his senior season when he combined for 27 scores (18 pass, nine run) … was 23-for-31 for 329 yards and four touchdowns (2 pass, 2 run) in a 41-40 loss to East Ridge in 2019 … was 14-for-24 for 253 yards and four touchdowns (3 pass, 1 run) in a 48-16 playoff win over Buffalo
