Played in 11 of 12 games as a reserve defensive lineman ... had a sack on the final play of the game that gave USD an overtime win at UNI (10/19) ... recovered a fumble following a sack against Youngstown State that set up a USD touchdown (11/2) ... had three tackles at Western Illinois (9/28) ... finished with nine tackles on the season.

2012
Earned three starts at defensive tackle and was one of 38 Coyotes who played in all 11 games...finished fourth among defensive linemen in tackles with 24 (5 solo, 19 assists)...had a season-high six tackles including two for loss and was credited with a quarterback hurry at Indiana State (10/27)...recovered a fumble which led to a USD field goal and a 24-14 lead vs. Colgate (9/8)...had five tackles including a sack vs. NDSU (10/20).

2011
Played in 10 games as a redshirt freshman with one start in the season-opener at Air Force...Had 15 tackles including 11 solo stops on the year...Recorded one tackle for loss for nine yards.

2010
Redshirted his first season in the USD program.

Prep
An exceptional all-around athlete,...was a starting offensive lineman and tight end his junior year for Coach Joe Sanchez, before becoming a starting defensive lineman as a senior at Barrington High School...posted 35 tackles, including five tackles for loss and one sack, while recording nine quarterback hurries and one fumble recovery...also participated in basketball and track and field...will be joined at USD by teammate Terrance Terry.
