TULSA, Okla. — Oral Roberts handed No. 72 South Dakota tennis its first loss of the season 4-3 in a Summit League match at the Case Tennis Center on Sunday.

The Golden Eagles (5-6, 1-1) won three out of the six singles matches and took two out of the three doubles matches to gain its fourth point. It's the first league win for Oral Roberts since rejoining the conference.

South Dakota's (4-1, 1-1) Nina Barudzic, Yuliya Sidenko and Milica Pavlovic all tallied wins in singles play. Barudzic swept Nika Munoz 6-1, 6-0 in the sixth spot while Sidenko swept Brenda Mercado Jove 6-1, 6-2 in the fourth spot. Pavlovic topped Petya Simeonova 3-6, 6-4, 6-3 in the second spot.

Pavlovic and Dragana Brankovic collected USD's lone doubles win over Marizanne Bouwer and Mercado 8-5.

The Coyotes next face Providence in Orlando, Fla., on March 10.
