AUSTIN, Texas—South Dakota placed three relays in the top-16 on Friday at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays inside Mike A. Myers Stadium.
The women's sprint medley placed sixth overall with a time of 3 minutes, 59.58 seconds. Freshman

Analisa Huschle opened with the 200-meter legs, sophomore
Brooke Ireland took the baton for 400 meters and senior
Katie Wetzstein anchored the relay with an 800-meter leg. The relay posted the eighth-best time in program history.

Shanice Cannigan, Huschle and Ireland teamed up for 13th place in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:49.19.
The men's 4x100-meter relay took 16th with a clocking of 41.32 seconds. Junior

Joe Reagan and sophomore
Gawain Williams ran the four legs of the relay. Thony, Lewin and Williams were members of the same school- and state-record setting relay of 40.15 seconds in Arizona two weeks ago.

Ashley Thompson took third in the "B" section of the triple jump with a leap of 40-2.
Senior
Meghan Dennis placed third in her second event of the weekend Friday. Dennis threw the shot put 44-11 ¾ for third place in the "B" section.
Huschle finished 20th in the open 100 meters with a time of 12.03 seconds.
On the men's side, Williams was 21st in 10.62 seconds.
The Coyotes continue action at the Texas Relays at noon tomorrow.
