SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Students from the University of South Dakota are invited to attend an exclusive networking event before the USD vs. Omaha men's basketball game at the Sanford Pentagon on February 7.
 
Sanford Health, in partnership with USD, will host the event beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Pentagon's Three-Point Lounge. Students will have an opportunity to meet with HR staff from Sanford Health in both clinical and non-clinical fields. Sanford Health will have representatives in attendance from Sanford Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Sanford POWER, Sanford Marketing, USD Medical Center and more.
 
The event will have information regarding internships along with giveaways and food and refreshments. Students can also meet with former Sanford Health interns and learn about their experiences working for one of the largest health care systems in the nation.
 
"This will be a great opportunity for not only the students at USD, but also for us at Sanford Health," said Matt Ditmanson, director of business development for the Sanford Sports Complex. "The University of South Dakota does an outstanding job of preparing their students for life after school, and we are excited to meet the best and the brightest who will soon be entering the work force."
 
Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with tip-off at 7 p.m.

USD students will receive admission into the game with a valid student ID. Midco Sports Network will broadcast the game live and in high definition.
