VERMILLION, S.D.—South Dakota women's basketball moved back into the top-five of the CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major poll released Tuesday evening.
 
The Coyotes are ranked for the 66th consecutive CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major poll. USD has ranked in the top-10 of the poll since midway through the 2017-18 season.
 
South Dakota (16-5, 12-2 Summit) finished off the regular season with an 81-61 senior day win over North Dakota State on Sunday. The Coyotes are winners of six in a row entering next weekend's Summit League Tournament.
 
USD opens the tournament with seventh-seeded Oral Roberts at 2:45 p.m. Saturday at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D. The game will be broadcast by MidcoSN. No tickets will be sold for the tournament.
