VERMILLION, S.D.—South Dakota women's basketball ranks seventh for the second-straight week in the CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major poll released Tuesday night.
The Coyotes have been ranked in the poll for 84 consecutive weeks dating back to the 2017-18 season.
South Dakota (20-5, 13-1) comes off a pair of home wins against Omaha and Denver. The Coyote defense held Omaha down to just 35 points, the fifth time this season a Coyote opponent has not reached 40 points in a game. USD added an 81-53 win on Saturday to cap off the weekend. Senior guard

The Coyotes takes off for its final regular season road trip this weekend. South Dakota faces St. Thomas at 7 p.m. Thursday in St.Paul, Minnesota, on Thursday at Schoenecker Arena.
