South Dakota and North Dakota State will meet for the second time in less than two weeks Monday night in Fargo. The Coyotes look to avenge an overtime defeat to the Bison that snapped USD's five-game win streak Jan. 27 in Vermillion.

The game is being televised live by WDAY XTRA, and that broadcast will be streamed online on ESPN+ and gobison.com/watch, both of which require a subscription. Monday's match will be the 185th meeting between the long-time conference rivals. The two teams have met six times since the Coyotes' last trip to Fargo two years ago. They have split the last four meetings in North Dakota two games apiece.

South Dakota is playing game two of four within a span of eight days. The Coyotes will be on the road for five of their last seven regular season games as they try to position themselves for the Summit League Tournament. USD is 3-1 on the road in league play this season.

Six different players reached double figures in Saturday's 89-79 loss to South Dakota State.
Kruz Perrott-Hunt led the way with 15 points, which is right at his season average. He had 24 points on 9-of-20 shooting against the Bison in game one.
Mason Archambault, the Coyotes' second-leading scorer, had 19 points against NDSU in round one. USD shot less than 35 percent from the field in its overtime loss to the Bison.

The Bison
North Dakota State has won five of its last six with a four-point road loss at first-place SDSU its lone blemish. The Bison beat Omaha 71-64 and Denver 73-65 in Fargo Thursday and Saturday, respectively. Big man Rocky Kreuser compiled 23 points and eight boards in the Denver win last time out. He was limited to eight points on 2-of-11 shooting against South Dakota, but is averaging nearly 18 points in Summit play.

Kreuser, Sam Griesel (12.1 ppg) and Tyree Eady (10.4 ppg) are the veterans on the roster. Griesel had 20 points (12-13 FTs) and 11 boards in the first meeting with USD, while Eady added 17 on 7-of-9 shooting. Grant Nelson, the reigning Summit Sixth Man of the Year, provided 10 points and is one of the top shot blockers in the league.

One Last Thing
The big news Saturday was the return of
Xavier Fuller to the Coyote rotation. After missing eight straight games due to injury, Fuller cashed in 12 points in 18 minutes off the bench. He was 4-of-8 from the field and hit both 3-pointers he took. Fuller averages 12.8 points per game, third-highest on the team.
