Played in all 12 games and served as punter and kicker for the Coyotes throughout the season ... made 12-of-21 field goals and 21-of-23 extra points ... averaged 40.4 yards per punt and 59.4 yards on kickoffs ... had nine punts of 50 yards or more ... pinned 16 punts inside the 20 and six inside the 10 ... had 11 touchbacks on 46 kickoffs ... ranked third in the MVFC and 28th nationally in field goals per game ... ranked third in the MVFC and 39th nationally in punting ... earned MVFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors following his first collegiate game when he kicked a 39-yard field goal and pinned five punts inside the 25-yard line in a 10-7 win against UC Davis (8/31) ... earned the honor again after the conference opener when he made a game-winning 41-yard field goal against Missouri State (10/5) ... had a season-long make of 43 yards against Indiana State (10/12) ... made two field goals in three consecutive games towards the end of the season ... Participated in the U.S. Army All-American as a senior after being named to the Kohl's All-American team as a junior...twice named first-team All-State, first-team All-Northern Conference and Northern Conference Special Teams Player of the Year....connected on 28 of 37 field goals (10 of 11 as a senior) with a long of 55 yards and recorded 158 touchbacks on 199 kickoffs...as a senior, had a net punting average of 43.5 yards after averaging 40.3 net yards per attempt as a junior...also a two-time state qualifier as a discus thrower in track and field.
