One of 37 Coyotes who competed in all 11 games, and took the first snaps at receiver eight times … caught 44 passes for 554 yards and a touchdown … finished second on the team in receiving yards and third for catches … finished ninth in the Valley in catches per game in conference play (4.5 cpg) … hauled in seven passes for a season-high 146 yards and a score in the Coyotes’ home-opening win against Northern Colorado (9/8) … teamed with Trystn Ducker to become the first 100-yard receiving duo in a game since 2007 … tied his own program record with 11 catches and totaled 111 yards in his final game which came against #5 South Dakota State (11/17) ... MVFC Honor Roll member
 
Finished his four-year career with 112 catches for 1,519 yards and nine touchdowns in 40 games … the 112 catches are sixth-most in program history

2017
One of 33 Coyotes who competed in all 13 games … earned honorable mention all-MVFC honors after leading the team and ranking seventh in the league in catches with 53, two shy of the program record … was second on the team and eighth in the Valley in receiving yards with 766 … caught four touchdowns … set USD single-game records for receptions (11) and receiving yards (229) in the upset win against No. 3 Youngstown State (10/7) … hauled in a 71-yard touchdown in that game, the team’s second-longest play from scrimmage all season … had at least 90 yards receiving in two other games … had five catches for 76 yards and a score in the second round FCS playoff game at No. 5 Sam Houston State (12/2) ... MVFC Honor Roll member

2016
Competed in each of the first five games of the season and earned three starts at wide receiver before an injury forced him to miss five of the final six games … caught 10 passes for 137 yards and scored four touchdowns, all of which were compiled in two games … had six catches for 81 yards and three touchdowns in the Coyotes’ come-from-behind win against Weber State in the home opener (9/10) … it was the program’s first three-touchdown catch performance since 2008 … caught a 26-yard touchdown with 27 seconds left in regulation to force overtime against Weber State, and had a 10-yard touchdown grab in overtime … came back the following week with four catches for 56 yards, including a 25-yard touchdown catch on USD’s first offensive play of overtime against North Dakota (9/17) … was also credited with two rushes for six yards, and had one kickoff return for 13 yards

2015
One of five true freshmen who competed for the Coyotes … played in 10 of 11 games, lining up mainly in the slot … caught five passes for 62 yards … carried seven times for 12 yards … made his collegiate debut in the season opener at Kansas State (9/5) … returned three kickoffs against the Wildcats for 45 yards … also had a 15-yard kickoff return the following week at UC Davis (9/12) … scored his first collegiate touchdown on a 10-yard run at Western Illinois (10/10) … totaled 32 yards on two catches against fifth-ranked South Dakota State (11/14) … MVFC Honor Roll member

Prep
Jackson is a first-team all-state honoree who played both safety and running back at Royal Palm Beach, a Class 7A school in Florida (second-largest class in the state) ... as a senior, he carried 92 times for 1,024 yards and 17 scores on offense and made 67 tackles and seven interceptions on defense ... during his career, he had 17 picks and scored 25 touchdowns ... Jackson was selected to play in two all-star games including Florida vs. Georgia ... he also ran track for the Wildcats
