Converted to cornerback to fill a need his senior year after rushing for more than 1,600 yards in his first three seasons … also competed on special teams … earned two starts at the position … finished as the team’s ninth-leading tackler with 30 stops including 24 solo … had a career-high eight tackles (all solo) and intercepted a pass in the red zone in a 17-12 win on Senior Day inside the DakotaDome (11/10) … had six tackles in three other games including his defensive debut at Weber State in week three (9/15)

One of 33 Coyotes who competed in all 13 games … started at running back throughout the season and finished as the team’s second-leading rusher, 15 yards behind quarterback Chris Streveler … carried 143 times for 705 yards and seven touchdowns … led the team with a 4.9-yard per carry average … tied for sixth on the team in catches with 22 and had 156 yards receiving … carried 15 times for a season-high 123 yards and two touchdowns against No. 5 South Dakota State (11/18) … had at least 80 yards in four games … surpassed 1,000 career yards during the season opener at Drake (9/2) ... finished as the eighth-leading rusher in the MVFC

2016
One of 27 Coyotes who competed in all 11 games … was the team’s No. 2 ball carrier behind senior captain Trevor Bouma … ran 84 times for 358 yards with two touchdowns … also caught nine passes for 22 yards … had season highs of 13 rushes for 79 yards in a road win at Indiana State (10/15) … had a four-yard touchdown run in the win against Illinois State (10/22) … longest run of the season was a 34-yard touchdown scamper against Southern Illinois (11/5)

2015
One of five true freshmen who competed for the Coyotes … one of 39 Coyotes who played in all 11 games … was the starting running back in each of the final five games following an injury to Trevor Bouma … ran for 400 yards in those five starts … led the team in rushing with 622 yards on 162 carries and scored two touchdowns … was named to the MVFC All-Newcomer Team … was the Valley’s seventh-leading rusher in MVFC play … carried eight times for 19 yards in his collegiate debut at Kansas State (9/5) … ran for a season-best 143 yards on 31 carries vs. fifth-ranked South Dakota State (11/14) … carried 22 times for 129 yards and a score in his first collegiate start against Missouri State (10/24) … caught 11 passes for 151 yards on the year … first collegiate catch went for 63 yards against 10^th-ranked Youngstown State (10/3) … averaged 12.5 yards on two kickoff returns

Prep
Fredrick rushed for 1,022 yards and 12 touchdowns in leading Champagnat Catholic to a state championship in 2013 ... he followed that up with 866 yards rushing, 264 yards receiving and 11 scores while working within a 4-5 wide receiver offense his senior season ... Fredrick is an all-Dade County honoree who was selected to play in two all-star games
