Geneva Timmerman earned a top 10 finish for the South Dakota women's cross country team at the Summit League Championships Saturday morning.
Timmerman ran 20:46.3 for 6
th overall, earning all-Summit League first team honors, leading the Yotes to a fourth-place finish with 111 points.
Taylor Byerley was second across the line for the Yotes in 21:27.8, good for 23
rd. The third Coyote to finish the race was
Mariah Fenske in 21:41.6 for 29
th.
